Patients must be 18 or over for all procedures, you may be asked for ID on the day. The practitioner has the right to refuse service to any client who they feel is not fit to receive treatment at that time. In the case of this happening all booking fees/deposits would be forfeited. Please ensure you are physically and emotionally well enough to come in before booking any appointments.

Cancellation/reschedule policy; No cancellations or reschedules are allowed within 48 hours of the appointment date. Cancellations inside this window will result in a 50% fee for the remaining balance. Same-day cancellations/no-show appointments will be charged the full remaining balance, this will be done automatically - if for any reason the payment fails the full balance will need to be cleared before any new appointments can be fulfilled. No more than two reschedules per appointment, more than two reschedules will result in cancellation.

Booked treatments/quantities are to be paid in full on the appointment date, for this reason, it is recommended to book the lesser amount and add more on the day if unsure about the exact quantity. For example, booking 1.1ml and then switching to 0.5ml on the day would result in the full payment of 1.1ml.
